RDC6445G settings for CN1-Output not working right.

Hello again.
Sorry for disturbign you again. I´m searching about 21 hours now in the internet and does not find any answer:
My complete CN1 is not working right - I think.
GND and +24V does work fine, but all other I can´t get running. 
I wanted to connect a red Dot to the Status(Pin4) and it does not work. Also all others are not working. Wind also not. I took my multimeter and testet each pin with the +24V-Pin. 
Pin 1 - GND:  multimeter: 24 V
Pin 2 - Out2: 180mV
Pin 3 - Out1: 24 V

Pin 4 - Status:  180mV 

Pin 5 - Wind: 180 mV

I activated the lamp-configuration and all the points, I activated also Air Blower and so on. 
same results like before. Than I deactivated everything also the same results. 

Does anyone have an idea to fix this problem. 

I want tu use a automatic Air assist, switch the fan, when the machine starts to use the laser and also want to use the red dot to arrange the engraving- and cutting point.

  • Hello, all output signals are isolated through optical couplers; the current at each optical coupler output terminal is 300 milliamperes, and each output terminal can directly drive relays of 5V or 24V. At the same time, ensure that the corresponding functions in the software manufacturer's parameters are enabled.

  • Your controller features four optically isolated open-collector gate outputs. These open-collector gate outputs operate as follows: when inactive, their output pins remain “floating” or in a “high-impedance state,” meaning they do not directly output 24V voltage. This implies that when you use a multimeter to directly measure the voltage between the status pin or pins like Out1 and the +24V supply, the reading will be meaningless.

    CN1 is not a 24V output port—it is an open-collector low-active output. Try using it with an external 24V power supply and a relay/load.
