RDC6332NM controller XY axis control, unable to move
The control system used for my device is RDC6332NM. During device debugging, there was an abnormality in the XY axis: the zeroing action was normal, but there was no response in both axes when executing the machining task. In manual mode, motion commands are issued, but the motor remains motionless.

On the control system's status interface, check whether there is an "Enabled" or "Ready" indicator for the X and Y axes. If not, it indicates that the axes are disabled from motion.
Possible causes: The axis enable function has not been correctly activated in the system parameter settings, or relevant hardware signals (such as emergency stop or limit switch triggers) are preventing the enable state.
