Daily Checklist (Before Startup Each Day)

1. Lens cleanliness: Inspect protective lens, focusing lens, collimating lens, and QBH fiber connector. Ensure they are free of dust, oil stains, and spatter.

2. Correct installation: Verify that the welding and cleaning focusing lenses are installed in the correct orientation and position, with retaining rings securely tightened.

3. Normal temperature: Use the back of your hand to sense the temperature of the scale tube (cooling water pipe). It should be within the 25±2℃ range, with no air bubbles trapped.

4. Galvo mirror condition: Check that the galvo mirror surface shows no signs of burning or coating peeling. During manual jogging, movement should be smooth with no abnormal noise.

Check the protective lens at the front end of the welding gun head for any burnt spots, black spots, or splattered residue. If it is damaged or heavily contaminated, please replace it directly. At the same time, check if the focusing lens is damaged and replace it if necessary. It is recommended to use original lenses, as their durability is more guaranteed
