How to solve the distance limitation problem of RDC6685U controller?

When I was debugging the device, the RDC6685U controller frequently prompted the "distance limit" alarm. Whenever the machining axis moves to a specific position, the system automatically limits and interrupts operation, making it impossible to continue executing the machining program. Any suggestions?     Check a few items and then proceed with corresponding actions
    1. Is the Mark point position consistent between the vector image and the physical image;
    2. Check if the cross cutting distance correction has been accurately completed;
    3. When the camera cannot reach the Mark point position or the Mark point exceeds the frame, this type of problem may occur. Please check whether the panel screen origin position and software origin position are consistent with the origin position set in the manufacturer's parameters;
    4. Check if the Mark point position is reasonable (ensuring that the Mark point mark is within reach of the camera and laser column);
    5. Check if there has been a change in the position of the Mark or marker points in the image.

  • Firstly, check the processing format parameters. Enter the manufacturer parameters or user parameters of the controller and confirm whether the maximum stroke of the X/Y axis is set correctly. If the value is too small, it will artificially limit the range of motion. Next, check the status of the limit switch. If a limit switch remains in a triggered state (such as a short circuit or damage to the circuit), the system will misjudge that the boundary has been reached, thereby limiting the movement distance.
