Sorry, I can't speak English, so I have to work with a translator
I urgently need help! Unfortunately I can't keep up RDC6563FG connection with Fuji Alpha5 smart Plus
Hello, you were able to help me, but unfortunately I can't get any further. Kind regards Matthias

Please excuse me as I don't speak English. I work with a translator Thank you very much, everything is set like this but unfortunately it doesn't work, it says Encoder Nothing in the display. Sorry, do you have any idea what I might be doing wrong? Until now I have only ever worked with stepper motors and actually have no idea about servo motors Vielen Dank alles so eingestellt aber leider klappt es nicht, es steht im Display Encoder Nothing . Sorry haben Sie da noch eine Idee was ich wohl falsch mache ? Habe bis jetzt immer nur mit Stepper Motoren gearbeitet und eigentlich keine Ahnung von Servo Motoren
Please take a photo with your mobile phone to see the nameplate on the servo driver and servo motor in your hand, I see that the picture of the manual you sent before is different from the manual I downloaded, you must first make sure that we are talking about the same driver. After the servo drive parameters are set, restart it again to see if the parameters are set correctly. Be sure to make sure that the brake signal of the motor can be released, you can connect the brake signal of the motor directly to the 24V switching power supply, and when the line between the driver and the 6563FG is not connected, the motor shaft can rotate freely after the brake is released When the cable between the driver and the 6563FG is connected, the motor shaft cannot be rotated because it is enabled. Before pressing the Z-axis move button, you need to make sure that the ALM and SON lights at the Z-axis indicator on the motherboard are lit, and the servo drive does not generate an alarm, if you press the Z-axis move button at this time and still prompt that the encoder is none, then the SON light should be off, and the ALM light has been on, at this time you can turn the motor shaft to see if the panel is normally reading the Z-axis coordinate value. It's a good idea to use the HMI panel of the 6563FG to check the version number of your control system and send it back to me
Thank you for your help here the photo Greetings Matthias
For this I connected RYH401F6-VV2-ZC1, 28 *FFB 26 *FFA 29 FFB 27 FFA but no response, thank you for your effort
Matching motor 400 w
Here are the pictures with the version number and message on the display, I checked all the connections again today. Son LED on, Alm LED on, Link LED on. When testing, Fn01 on the RYH goes up and down, the Z display on the monitor then runs +- correctly with . I really don't know what to do next.
The brake was released by connecting to the 24 switch power supply, right? Has the driver's parameters been set according to the parameters sent to you above, correct? In this case, the driver setting parameter PA3.03=02. Can we use the button of the 6563FG system to rotate in the positive direction
Select II type for the servo type of the Z-axis parameters of the 6563FG system, and if not possible, try I type again
Thank you for the quick help, yes I released the brake directly with 24v! I will now set the parameter PA3.03=02 to 00, hopefully that's it. Thank you again
Hello, thanks, it already worked, now I just have to find the right setting in the software, thanks
Is PA3.03 set to 02 and 6563FG's servo type set to I type?
Referring to this, during debugging, the brake can be directly connected to a 24V switch power supply for forced release
Thank you very much, now I can continue Vielen Dank jetzt kann ich weiter machen
