Problem after push "stop" button RDC6612U
Hello, I have dual gantry machine with RDC6612U mainboard. If I push "stop" button during cutting process then gantries moving back to home position and one of gantry hit into second gantry. After this on operation panel is collision alarm info. What can be reason ?

Hello, please confirm whether the machine configuration in the manufacturer's parameters is the same as the equipment, double beam or double cantilever options.
