2. Check the zero-point table power supply
If the zero-point table requires independent power supply, check whether the power source is functioning properly. You can use a multimeter to measure the voltage of the zero-point table and ensure it is operating normally.
3. Adjust the zero-point table settings
Ensure the zero point table is installed in the correct position and is not obstructed by mechanical interference. The zero point table should be placed at an appropriate location to guarantee it can accurately detect the machine's zero point.
If a photoelectric sensor or similar device is in use, check whether the sensor is obscured by debris or interference.
