It could be that the leadscrew is a little bent, or the two ends weren't installed perfectly aligned.






The focus may not be at the optimal position, resulting in unfocused energy and uneven melting. Alternatively, unstable gas pressure or fluctuations in the auxiliary gas flow may affect slag removal, potentially creating irregular patterns.
