USB is not connected (with COM port)

Cause analysis:
① Whether the "Device Port" in the lower right corner of the software is correctly selected (USB and network).
② The first time you installed the software, you did not install the USB drive, and then you installed the operating software.
③ If the port does not correspond, change the port again (for example, COM5 changes to COM3).
④ If the control motherboard hardware does not have U43 (LJ245A), it cannot be upgraded to a special version.
