!!!Urgent Need Help for Laser machine cutting ray6 stuck on file menu

Hi, i am the CTO of Rudia technology. The controller model is RDC6445S and was made by Ruida. this problem may be caused by the following:
1 File format is not compatible;
   Just connect the controller with RDWORKSV8 and read the files on the controller memory. then delete all the files. if there are format option , format it with a FAT16 
   You can format the memory on board with the panel. format it to FAT16
2 Communication error. 
   check if the communication is stable or not. it this situation happend often, you can plug out all the extern devices from the controller. just power on the controller only to check this situation happend or not.
