What is the solution for RDC6555G cutting with a protrusion at the starting position?

0DB765FD

My cutting machine uses the Ruida control system, model RDC6555G. At the moment of starting cutting, a melting protrusion similar to a "matchstick head" is easily formed at the starting position. During the cutting process, the rest of the contours are basically normal, but there is obvious erosion and accumulation at the starting point of each shape. How to eliminate this annoying protrusion?

It should be that your initial power is too high. Try using the initial power suppression function

  • The problem may occur in the setting of cutting starting points, jump point path planning, or laser pre ignition parameters, resulting in uneven heating of the material, especially on thin plates or sensitive materials.

  • At the beginning of processing, if the cutting head fails to make smooth contact with the material surface, it may cause obvious raised marks at the starting position, which may be due to inaccurate zero calibration of the system.
