RDC8445S controller has weak laser output and cannot control the light

When using the RDC8445S laser controller, I found that the laser output is very weak and cannot achieve the expected light intensity. Meanwhile, when I tried to adjust the light control function on the control panel, there was still no significant change in the laser brightness. No matter how the power or pulse width settings are adjusted, the laser output is always at a low level and the light intensity cannot be adjusted normally through the control panel. Any ideas?
