My RDC8445S control system, Why does the machine only move in one direction?
My device is paired with the RDC8445S control system, and what confuses me is that the machine can only move in one direction, and no matter how I adjust the input signal, the machine never responds to reverse commands. No obvious faults were found during the inspection of system connections and cables, and attempts were made to restart the control system, but the problem still persists. Any ideas? Thank you!

Check if the servo driver or stepper driver is functioning properly, especially the direction control circuit. Recheck the configuration of the driver to ensure that the direction setting and current parameters are correct. If possible, try replacing the drive for verification.
