Laser handheld welding RDWelder-SW has abnormal light output

DB90F4B1

I tried to seek help in this community by starting a laser handheld welding machine equipped with an RDWelder-SW controller. The parameters were not changed, and the gas and water cooling were also normal. However, the laser could emit light, but it was not normal. The light output was weak, and the welding wire hardly melted, resulting in a virtual blackening of the weld seam. Thank you for anyone's suggestion!

Please check the following items, the problem is likely to be resolved
    1. Check for foreign objects in the protective lens, focusing lens, collimating lens, and QBH fiber optic head
    2. Is the welding and cleaning of the focusing lens installed correctly
    3. Is the temperature of the graduated tube abnormal.
    4. Is the vibrating lens normal

    • You're right, but I've already solved the problem by reinstalling the focusing lens

  • Check the voltage and stability of the power supply to ensure that there are no issues with the power supply system. If there is voltage fluctuation, try replacing the power supply or installing a voltage regulator.

  • Common reasons for abnormal output light in handheld welding include: abnormal water cooling flow or temperature, limited power of laser (internal protection), abnormal 0-10V analog control signal, abnormal light gate or enable signal, and fiber optic joint contamination
