RDC6445S problem
I've been working with a Wattsan 0503 with the Ruida RDC6445S controller for 3 years and suddenly my machine has a problem. I turned to the reseller in the EU, but until today have gotten no solution so I turn to you.
When I try to burn a simple test file, no matter how (Lightburn, RDWorks or as RD copied into memory), the controller displays only garbage and the burn is the same garbage. See my photos! OH, it will only take one picture!

It isn't just on screen, the head moves exactly as shown on the screen. I normally work with Lightburn, that's where the problem 1st showed up. I asked ChatGPT for troubleshooting tips and it gave me a long list of things to try, I used a 2nd Win 11 PC with Lightburn, no change. I installed RDWorks with the same results, next I tried a PC with Linux Debian and Lightburn, same result. My final test was to export a RD file and that's when I made this post. I've included a shot of the start screen of my controller, maybe the firmware needs to be updated. If not I assume the controller has a problem.
Also, I don't really like RDWorks, because I don't see a way to import a .SVG file and that's what I mostly work with. I draw in Inkscape then import into Lightburn. Can you tell me how to import svg files into RDWorks?
I thought of some things I could add to fill in the picture! I don't use my machine much, it's only one of many hobbies and hadn't been used since January. I tried burning a gift with Lightburn on stone and it kept burning a shadow image, approximately 3mm from the real one. I tried a mini test with just a few simple shapes and letters and got only squiggly lines. I tried Lightburn on a 2nd Win11 PC and got the same result. I downloaded the newest RDWorks and also got the same results. ChatGPT suggested I try network and/or a USB cable directly to the controller, same result. AI also said I should make an RD file and run it from internal memory, which I did and again got the same result. That's where we stood when I made this 1st post.
When importing the software, select the SVG format processing file.
Thank you for that advice, but I have a problem and can't use my machine. Please tell me what to do!!!
