I am facing such a problem, my timing belt is OK, step length is also OK and I have installed a new timing belt, but I am facing such a problem in both x and y axes and the size of the larger side is 1.50mm and the smaller side is 1.20mm, there is a difference of 0.3mm and the original size should be 1.35mm for both, so now tell me what should I do?

    • Perform mechanical calibration inspection
Belt tension recheck: After the installation of the new belt, the tension needs to be readjusted, measured with a tension meter or manually pressed (with a midpoint drop of 5-10% as a reference). Being too tight can lead to return errors, while being too loose can cause slipping.
Synchronous wheel fastening: Check whether the fixing screws of the X/Y axis motor and driven wheel are loose, and whether the keyway between the synchronous wheel and the shaft is worn.
Guide rail and slider: Use a dial gauge to check the parallelism of the guide rail and whether the slider is shaking (allowable tolerance is usually less than 0.02mm). If there is wear and tear, it needs to be replaced. I
