What should I set the S-Value Max to

So I have a Creality Ender 3 S1 Plus with 5W laser module set up. It has not been cutting at its full power, because it cut the same material at the same speeds in Creality Print. So I found out that the S-Value Max setting needs to be set to your machine. My problem is I don’t know what setting to set it to. I’m including a picture of my machine settings. I also have tried running $$ in the console to see them there, but it outputs “echo:Unknown command: “$$””. Any help on what to set the S-Value Max to would be appreciated.
