BOFA has consolidated its position as a market leader in additive manufacturing of portable smoke and particle filtration systems with the latest generation of 3D PrintPRO technology designed specifically for high-temperature processes.

3D PrintPRO HT focuses on the 230V market and can filter high-temperature particles, gases, and nanoparticles emitted during polymer processing in the printing room. Its working temperature can reach up to 100 ° C, allowing manufacturers to process high-performance functional materials while protecting the print head and working environment from the impact of air pollutants. It is particularly suitable for melt deposition modeling, stereo lithography, and digital light processing.

This performance is achieved through the application of advanced electronic devices, insulated and highly insulated connection kits, intelligent airflow management, and advanced filtering architecture, ensuring energy-saving and low heat loss emissions in higher temperature chamber environments.
The modular design method of BOFA makes 3D PrintPRO HT an ideal choice for closed-loop continuous operation, providing a maximum airflow of up to 100 cubic meters per hour to filter particles during the printing process. There is also one at 30 meters ³ The open loop intermittent operation (purification cycle) carried out with a fixed airflow can filter out particulate matter and gas. Both of these requirements can be met through pairing kits. This technology also features a filter replacement indicator and integrates filter status communication with the host.

"Our latest generation of 3D PrintPRO HT system showcases how BOFA reflects the evolving additive manufacturing market. This means that manufacturers can benefit from high-performance polymers that require higher chamber temperatures, while helping to protect workplace atmosphere and expensive equipment investments through portable extraction," commented Arran Morgan, Senior Product Manager at BOFA.
