Transparency being considered burn lines and won’t allow job

I am trying to burn a plaque with a large image. I have used a shape to crop the image, then rotate it as I need. The rectangular extents of the image are outside of the work area. The truncated/cropped image is FAR from outside the image. I cannot for the life of me get the job to send, despite none of the area that is outside the bed containing any data at all. Please help, I cannot reduce the size of my job to make it fit.
