The stepper motor has resonance issues

I usually change my speed a little.

  : I have tried several speeds. Weird but the y axis is great.

Just a long shot…
but check the driver setting (if any)
make sure they are set to the the recommended by the manufacturer..

this is my system , it has the dip sw setting that are recommended on the stepper motor…

Long shot but, if it gets changed… could be an issue…

  : I just swapped wiring on x an y and no change. So I looked at some spar stepper motors and the were smoother turning by hand. So I replaced the motor and the x-axis is near perfectly quiet! Wonderful. I have been working on this motor forever.
