Why did my print shift?

This looks like it lost steps, but more likely the pulley/grub screw is walking out…
I’d look at the mechanical first… specially if you can hold the shaft and move the pulley…
They can be pressed in or use a grub screw to secure it…
If it missed steps, that can cause it, but if you’re using the standard setting that came with your machine I doubt it… also when that happens it keeps loosing steps and the whole design lines shift…
