Self-Locking Ballot Box with Padlock Security

A cleverly designed ballot box that assembles without screws or glue, secured by a single padlock. The interlocking structure holds all panels in place: the bottom is secured by the sides, the sides by the front and back, and the front and back by the top. With the padlock locked, votes are only accessible through the top slit. Removing the padlock allows the top to slide open, then the front and back panels lift out for easy disassembly. Designed for 5mm beechwood (approximately 4.65mm) and optimized to fit one box per 100x60cm sheet. Ideal for secure voting, storage, and repeated use.
