Raytools BM110 Autofocus - A axis reset fail

This error happens everytime I power on the laser, I have confirmed by opening the laser that the laser autofocus is working, doing a manual A axis reset works perfectly but as soon as I enable Focus Ctrl in A axis vendor setting I get "A axis reset fail" each time the laser powers on. Can anyone help?

Controller : Ruida RDC6563FG-Lite
Laser Head : Raytools BM110 Chinese Ver

check if the limit switch is PNP or not. our controller only support NPN type.
Mostly this error happend when the limit switch can not be found

  : There is no issue with the Limit switches, they show up in Diagnoses and doing homing or axis reset gives no errors. I can see the autofocus move when I reset it, It goes from 0 to -15 then resets back to zero. This issue happens each time I switch the machine on, it asks me if the machine is reset, then it gives this error after that. Manual move works, and software control also works no issues. I am not sure why I get this error still
