When I select the origin, a green busy timer bar will appear

my laser homes okay, yet when selecting a orgin, a green busy timer bar appears and it takes up to seven minutes to reach the origin point. this is a 10w rolylasermatic, and it’s new. most of my attempts to frame, cause the laser to crash back towards the left lower position. I really have no control compared to watching YouTube videos, my laser seems out of whack. of course I’m totally new to this, and it could be my fault.

Any chance you changed your MOVE panel speed to something very low?
Have you been playing with firmware settings?
if so you can revert to defaults by typing
$RST=*
press enter
In the console Panel where it says “type command here”
lastly make sure you are in Absolute coordenates in your Laser Panel “start from”
and also make sure when homing machine does it correctly. All issues could come from a bad homing cycle.
