Dear friend ! I managed to activate the license code in LightBurn. I was very happy about that. As a beginner, I have been familiar with LightBurn for a few days, but I managed to stop it so that it no longer executes any commands. Please help me to restore the software to its basic state, starting from scratch. reset.Unique assembly hobby laser engraver Neje 3 max card v1.10, win10, HP laptop
Running in GRBL mode. Reinstalling didn’t help, I can’t find the reset button or setting to default in LB. I can’t find a solution for this in the forums. Please help me how to start using LB from scratch. Because he continued all the work where I left off. I hope there is a solution.

      If you go to File → Open pref Folder
Delete everything there
Close and open lightburn it should be reset to initial setup.
The problem you have seem more about the connection but you can always try
