Home position and laser position not the same

I recently updated my sculpfun s9 with limit switches, following the youtube video provided, i learned that where the laser hits the limit switches and where Lightburn sees the laser, is not the same. Lightburn sees it at being X: -377.00 Y: -392.00 Z: 0.00. Would there be a way to make its current position the new 0,0 ?

What is the reported position after running those commands?
