I have a laser with the RDC6442G controller that is less than a year old. Everything has worked fine until a week ago when the left arrow would move the gantry to the left and backwards at the same time. The back arrow also moves it back and to the left at the same time. Right and front arrows work correctly. The Z/U button also occasionally moves the gantry back and left instead of showing menu. Has anyone expierenced this issue. The machine is still like new and the pad is not worn as it hasn't been used that much.

Based on your feedback, this may be due to a faulty panel button, as the panel has issued incorrect instructions, resulting in such issues. You can confirm this fault by replacing the backup panel, or contact the supplier to confirm the problem and replace the panel.
