Hola , mi maquina al momento de grabar una imagen me indica el tiempo de demora ejemplo; 4 minutos, pero en práctica no es así y se demora una hora en grabar una pequeña imagen de 40x40 mm.

Have you try this?
Go to “Device Settings”
Select “Adicional Settings”
and then hit “Read From Controller”.
This will not interfere with machine settings.
