Troubleshooting Method for Flashback of Vibration Knife Control System Panel during Operation

When using the vibration knife control system, the operation panel of models RDD6584G and RDD6616U often experiences a flashing phenomenon during operation, which often affects the continuity of processing and equipment stability. Regarding this issue, it can be investigated item by item from the following aspects:

 

1. Check the connection cables
First, inspect the data cables between the control panel and the main control board to ensure there are no loose connections, poor contact, or oxidation at the terminals. Pay special attention to ribbon cables and communication connectors to confirm they are firmly secured. In environments with constant vibration or long operating hours, connectors may become loose, leading to data transmission interruptions and system crashes. Also check for damaged insulation, broken wires, or compromised shielding. If necessary, replace the cables with new ones for comparison testing.

 

2. Check whether there are time-related parameter settings
Enter the system parameter interface to verify whether processing timeout, standby protection, or automatic reset time limits have been configured. Some systems automatically exit the current interface or restart the program after reaching a preset time, which may be mistaken for a crash. In addition, confirm that the software version matches the main control board to avoid abnormalities caused by parameter conflicts.

 

3. Check whether the power supply is stable
Measure the input voltage to ensure it is stable and free from fluctuations or sudden drops. Check whether the switching power supply output voltage and current meet specifications. Aging power supplies or excessive load may cause the system to restart. If necessary, install a voltage stabilizer or replace the power supply module for verification.
