Solution for CO2 visual cutting controller that cannot be displayed by Medview camera

When using the CO2 visual cutting controller, if you encounter an issue where the Medview camera cannot display, you can troubleshoot the following:

1. Check whether the connection cables are normal
   First, confirm that the cables between the camera and the controller are in good condition, including the network cable, power cable, and whether the interfaces are firmly connected. If the network cable or interface has poor contact, data transmission may fail, resulting in the image not being displayed. It is recommended to unplug and reconnect the cables and check whether the cables are damaged, loose, or aged. If necessary, replace the cable with a new one for testing.

2. Check whether the camera driver is properly installed
   MindVision cameras are industrial cameras that usually require their dedicated driver to be installed. If the driver is not installed or installed incorrectly, the system may fail to recognize the camera device, which will cause the image not to display. It is recommended to check the device status in the Device Manager. If there is an unrecognized device or driver error, reinstall the official MindVision camera driver and restart the system before testing again.

3. Check whether the network camera IP is set correctly
   For network interface cameras, make sure the camera IP address and the controller or computer IP address are in the same network segment; otherwise, the devices cannot communicate properly. You can use the camera configuration tool to view and modify the camera IP address and check whether the subnet mask and gateway settings are correct. After completing the configuration, reconnect the device and refresh the device list to confirm whether the camera can be detected normally.

4. Ensure the MindVision camera has a separate power supply
   Some MindVision cameras require an independent power supply. If only the data cable is connected without supplying power, the camera will not start and therefore cannot display images. Check whether the power adapter is properly connected, whether the power indicator light is on, and confirm that the power voltage meets the camera requirements to ensure stable operation.
