RDC6442 stuck at connecting to controller

I power laser on and it only displays connecting to controller. I have disconnected the him from the controller and nothing homes. I have led 15 and 12 lit up with eithernet discounted. Homing switches work chiller input works and all drives are good no faults. Any ideas?
