The maximum text width but not centered in height

Is there a way to make variable text with max length stay centered?
I have tried with different allignments or grouping the variable text with the rectangle, but nothing helps.
I have noticed that there is a button “Make permanent” with the variable text display.
And if you hit that, the text is actually center-center.
I will see if this works all the time and then hit reverse after the lasering and do the next one and again hit the button.
