Common operation precautions for handheld laser welding machines

1、 Precautions for starting a handheld laser welding machine
Power on sequence: turn on the air switch → wait for three to five seconds for the water machine to start, then turn on the emergency stop and key switch → wait for the touch screen to enter the interface, set the welding parameters → click on the air valve to test whether the blowing is normal → press the laser signal button → press the touch screen start signal button (if there is wire feeding, turn on the "wire feeding" function) → clamp the safety clamp at the product workbench, hold the welding gun and aim it at the welding point to emit light.

2、 Handheld laser welding machine shutdown precautions
Shutdown sequence: fold up the safety clamp and hang the welding gun → pop up the laser signal button → emergency stop → close the air switch.
