How to disable Constant Power Mode

I upgraded from the stock Yorahome controller to a MKS DLC32 controller. When using the original controller I ran an engrave test that used the power scaling and it worked great. Now that I switched to the DLC32 and open the same file, the constant power mode it turned on.
I am sure I messed up something in the settings and need help locating the default setting to turn this off by default.

      1. Disable Constant Power mode in Cut Setting
2. Then click “Make Default” or “Make Default for All” depending on what you want
