- Smith 2023-05-06- If the port is not showing up in LightBurn this isn’t a connection issue. It’s a device detection issue. Meaning the OS is not properly detecting and loading the driver for the device. LightBurn cannot connect to it because it’s not showing up as an available device. Can you confirm that the laser is actively powered on? Can you see the device detected in System Report->Hardware->USB? If you haven’t already, try rebooting to see if that resolves the issue. 0Responder
