Why can't the RDD6616U controller cut accurately after changing the tool?
The RDD6616U controller was originally very accurate in cutting position, but after replacing the tool, it suddenly experienced inaccurate cutting. I changed the knife according to the previous process and restarted the machine for processing. However, I found that the overall shape was offset, with some areas becoming larger in size and some edges not matching. What is the reason for this? Any ideas?

If you change the diameter of the knife, you need to reset the tool compensation, cutting offset, and expansion/contraction compensation
