Analysis and troubleshooting:
① The switching relay failed to switch successfully.
② Z-axis hard limit enabling or limit polarity setting error.
③ The Z axis format is set too small.
④ The Z-axis motion mode is set to inching mode, and the inching distance is too small.

  : Solution: ① After pressing the change-over switch, observe whether the contact of the relay is correctly engaged. If the contact switches normally, it means that the switching function is normal. ② First, do not enable the hard limit to test. If it can move normally, it means that the limit polarity is set incorrectly. ③ The Z axis format can be set to a larger value, such as 10000. ④ Set the motion mode to continuous motion mode (jog distance is 0), and test whether the motion is normal.
