We might also need to know which Laser engraver you’re using - but we won’t know for sure until it’s connected and you can see the connection message. When you do see it next, please select the text in the Console window then Copy and Paste it into a reply here.

If you usually connect to your Ortur Laser engraver with a USB cable, you may have to test other COM ports in the Laser window.

With the laptop connected and the Console window and the Laser window open in LightBurn, look for the Connection message (or any message) from your laser engraver to LightBurn in the Console window. If it’s not there, click the middle button along the bottom row in the Laser window and select another COM port. Wait for 10 seconds and see if the connection messages appear.
