LAP launched its latest version of the industrial laser projection system CAD-PRO Xpert at this year's JEC World. This innovation signifies the company's commitment to providing the most advanced laser engineering for various industries to achieve precise, efficient, and reliable laser guidance and positioning tasks, which is an important milestone.

Redefining laser projection in the production process
The new CAD-PRO Xpert laser projector is built on a powerful technological platform. It provides advanced control technology and cutting-edge network functionality in a compact design, offering unparalleled laser projection quality for CAD contours, templates, or patterns.

CAD-PRO Xpert aims to meet the highest requirements of modern production lines and redefine the ergonomics of work in industries such as composite material manufacturing, wind turbine blade production, shipbuilding, automotive, woodworking, and precast concrete component production.

Martin Dronsek, the head of the LAP industry business unit, emphasized the importance of this technology, saying, "We are excited about the release of the new CAD-PRO Xpert. Our mission is to provide innovative and reliable solutions for various industries and applications. Our vision is to completely change the way laser technology is used in the production process.".

Main features and advantages
Excellent projection quality: The CAD-PRO Xpert adopts a powerful technological platform design, providing excellent projection quality through accurate and uniform laser lines, improving work ergonomics.
Dual laser source for redundancy: The optional redundancy with a second laser source eliminates downtime and enhances functionality to maximize visibility, even at long distances.
Multi color projection: Up to six colors of multi color projection allow for more information options to be displayed directly on workpieces on the production line.

Laser safety: The integrated distance sensor ensures safe laser operation, reflecting our motto of "safety first".
Robust operation: Gigabit Ethernet ensures fast and secure data transmission, while the compact and lightweight industrial casing can support operation even in harsh environments. The integrated cooling device allows for use in environmental conditions up to+50 degrees Celsius.

Value added ecosystem
CAD-PRO Xpert is part of the LAP Plus ecosystem, covering the most advanced laser technology, easy-to-use software, and camera guided quality assurance. The components of the LAP value-added ecosystem adopt modular design, perfectly coordinated, and provide scalable solutions that can be seamlessly integrated into various production environments.

Martin Dronsek said, "The CAD-PRO Xpert laser projector provides more colors, better visibility, and precision than ever before, while improving the accuracy, efficiency, and reliability of the production process." For any industry that wants to modernize production processes and provide high-quality workspaces for employees, it is a multifunctional tool. "

The CA D-PRO Xpert is now available for sale.
