Recently, Lecheng Intelligent Technology (Suzhou) Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as "Lecheng Intelligent") completed a strategic financing round of tens of millions of yuan, which is exclusively invested by Dongfang Fenghai Capital. The financing funds will mainly be used for technology research and development, laboratory construction, and talent recruitment.

This is the second round of financing completed by Lecheng Intelligent, following the industry's angel round strategic investment in June this year.

Lecheng Intelligent Perovskite Laser Equipment
Perovskite is known as the "third generation photovoltaic cell technology", which has advantages of higher theoretical efficiency and lower cost compared to mainstream crystalline silicon batteries. However, due to immature technology, it has not yet started large-scale commercial use and is still in the early stage of industrialization. The process of calcium titanium mineral production line mainly includes vacuum coating, slit coating, laser marking and edge cleaning, and packaging testing, among which the value of laser equipment production line accounts for about 20% of the entire production line.

Due to the sensitivity of perovskite to temperature, it is necessary to control the heat affected zone of laser marking to reduce the impact of laser marking on the performance of the perovskite layer. Usually, the heat affected zone of laser marking is required to be within 2 μ Within m. Especially for large-sized perovskite batteries, they have higher requirements for the accuracy, stability, and consistency of laser equipment, and are recognized as the "commanding heights" of technology in the industry.

In just one year of its establishment, Lecheng Intelligent has become an enterprise with experience in delivering large-scale perovskite battery pilot lines at the square meter level. In terms of products, we have mastered high-precision laser technology and can provide three types of equipment required for perovskite, including marking, edge cleaning, and automation. We can ensure stable marking effect and uniform line spacing while ensuring large surface processing accuracy. The company's shipment volume of pilot line equipment has more than doubled, and it is also in close contact with research institutes and newly entered perovskite battery enterprises to continuously explore the market.
