How to resolve errors in RDCMarkVision?

I am using RDCMarkVision (version 1.00.64) and frequently encounter the following issues:
1. Software parameters are prone to resetting – including system parameters, user parameters, and template parameters.

2. Occasional random problems – for example, the camera image appears correctly oriented, but when using the mouse to control the laser position within the camera view, the movement is reversed: left/right movement is normal, but up/down is inverted (while the origin position remains correct).

3. Inaccurate edge detection on large-format (1200×2400 mm) workpieces – particularly when cutting small squares or small circles.

Are there any effective solutions to these issues?
