Using RDWorksV8, the machine doesn't move on startup, and the reset motion is reversed

When using RDWorksV8, if it encounters startup failure, reverse reset motion, and inability to limit, it is generally caused by the following reasons:

1. Whether the factory parameters for reset are enabled, and whether the user parameters for startup reset are set correctly?
This is a common issue during startup. In RDWorksV8, there are two types of reset settings: one is the factory preset parameters, and the other is the user-defined startup reset. If the user-defined startup reset is not correctly enabled, or the factory parameters are not properly configured, the machine may fail to execute the reset action correctly, resulting in failure to start or reversed reset motion.

2. Incorrect direction polarity settings for the corresponding motion axis
The direction polarity setting for each axis is crucial. If the direction polarity for a motion axis is set incorrectly (for example, the system is set to move in the forward direction while the actual movement is in reverse), the reset process may cause the axis to move in the wrong direction, and the machine may fail to reach the initial position. Ensuring that the direction settings for each axis match the actual movement of the hardware can avoid this issue.

3. Incorrect limit switch polarity settings, and whether the wiring is correct
Incorrect limit switch polarity settings or wiring issues are also common causes. If the limit switch's polarity is set incorrectly or the wiring is reversed, the system will fail to correctly detect the limit signal, causing the reset motion not to stop at the correct position, or even causing the "limit" signal to fail. Additionally, if the wiring of the limit switch to the controller is loose, the system may fail to detect the limit, leading to the inability to limit the motion.
