HELP! RDVisionWorks U-Axis Moving Before Cutting Is Completed
I recently bought a dual beam co2 laser with a camera. The machine has a ruida RDC6685U controller installed and the software is RDVisionWorks. The way it's supposed to work is the camera takes a picture of the printed fabric, identifies the outline and then cuts. After the cut, it moves on the U-Axis and repeats the action until the job is completed. The issue I'm having is that even though both lasers are working in tandem, if the bottom gantry finishes working before the top gantry, it's recognized as work/overall action completed and starts to move on the U-Axis even before the top gantry has finished cutting...basically ruining what is being cut. Has anyone else encountered such a problem before and knows a solution?

Are u sure u can use RDVision and not RDUnion as they are not always 100% compatible.
Are you sure you are using the correct software? RDUnionLaserV1.00.23😉
How about saving or screen shot your Vendor settings to this page. this will help me and others a lot. The software is not very descriptive.😂🤣😭
