Laser print weird lines instead of image

Hi, please help me. I just downloaded lightburn to use on my new laser. I tried so many times, setting and watches video and nothing seems to work. Please help me out.

      It looks like you could have a very large line interval setting in your Cut layer setting. Try decreasing the interval to something like 0.1 mm and retest.
If that doesn’t resolve it can you upload the .lbrn file here?
