The measurement values in millimeters do not match

When I finished recording the topic, the measurement values in millimeters did not match.
For example, I entered a value and assumed it was 5mm x 5mm and carved as 8mm x 8mm. I don't know how to fix the code so that the measured value I entered is exactly the same as the value I want to cut or carve. I appreciate any help you have provided.

      That is usually caused by your steps being off. In the console window type $$ and Enter key. Post the output here for review.

        Hello, I have a similar question to yours. For example, I tried cutting 30 x 30 millimeters and the machine cut it to approximately 32 millimeters. If you could provide me with any help to solve it, I would greatly appreciate it.

          have you used the axis calibration ?
