Laser head movement is not synchronized

I'm fairly new with the laser and really getting along until yesterday. I tried a "sign: with a frame. The laser head jumps and make scraping sound. It appears to be attempting to swing all the way across the workspace and not just the design. When I removed the frame it printed perfectly. I tried again today and the preview appears to be heading outside of my design.

      You are showing a LOT of overscan. Post a screenshot of your cut settings editor screen and also your entire Lightburn screen with the project loaded.

          : Perfect, I see the problem. You are working in mm/sec where you should be in mm/min. You change this in Settings> Units and Grids. (Gears Icon)
