Creality Chuck Rotation Help

Not sure what I’m doing wrong. Ortur LM2, 10W diode, creality chuck rotary.

That’s supposed to be a 0.25” circle. Ran it at 40 inches per min and the results speak for themselves. I’m confident the tumbler is not slipping in the chuck. Any help would be greatly appreciated!

      Ended up returning the chuck, I’m guessing the stepper motor was defective. Went with the roller for now, works much better for 1/3 the cost.
