Problem with height sensor and Z axis

Hi everyone!
Please help with RDC6563FG controller
Heught senson has no effect in HMI panel, if i chorted nozzle to earth, i dont see the alarm in controller
I bought a new one aplifier, and this sensor dont worked too
And axis Z has not moving any way, i checked up to PIN8(DA) in Z axis motor interface, and i have only 0v in this pin. Any ideas how a can make my machine is worked?
Controller is new, bot seller dont reply and dont read my messages

      Hello! First determine if the wiring definition of the new amplifier is different from the old one? If not, you need to rewire according to the definition. If it is the same, you need to make contact between the nozzle and the material to see if the capacitance value changes, and is there a problem with the induction wire connecting the nozzle?
