Laser does not recognize in my Mac but it does in my windows pc

Hello guy,
I don’t know why but when I search for my laser in Lightburn it shows my laser and it let me select it but I don’t know why it shows as disconnected. Does anyone know how to solve this? Also, I tried my laser in a pc windows and it works perfectly fine.

      You may need to close LightBurn, turn your laser off and on again, restart LightBurn, and then manually select the correct COM port from the drop down menu in the Laser window after creating the device.

You’ll see a response in your ‘Console’ window when you’ve selected the correct port.
