Lost all my panels on the right hand side

Please Help me I’m new to this and as much as I love it it’s getting on my tits. I have lost all my panels on the right hand side. The laser is not firing properly low power so not making any marks and it’s not firing all the time it is like it is spluttering. thanks in advance I hope

      Your best bet would be to restore the layout to ’ default’
‘Window’ drop down, top selection. See if that helps
